- Extension of coverage of services of the Estopeña Association of and for handicapped people AMIGUITOS, facilitating access to a greater range of benefits, to all educational, health, cultural, social, economic and labour services for persons with different capacities and strengthening the Association in order to facilitate the process of transition of projects. - Saving an important and unique ecosystem: the Majagual and Olmedo mangroves by way of guaranteeing the rights of the people who live in the nearby communities and as a means of exploiting this resource for the benefit of the country. ECUADOR
