It is of the utmost importance to have land at prices which are affordable to domestic economies and business organisations. That is to say, land destined to homes and that destined to economic activity. This requires a Valladolid with affordable land which affords opportunities to young first time buyers by using land available to Local Administration in order to promote policy which makes possible the construction of sufficient homes under legal protection, of good quality and which obey criteria of sustainability within an orderly urban development. All of this will fall within the greater city area and will be properly managed by public administration.
